Oxeye Capital Management Limited was co-founded by Martin Petherick and John Parry - and authorised by the FSA (now FCA)- in 2002. Prior to this, from 1997 to 2002, Martin Petherick managed his proprietary Option Premium Strategy (OPS) while at ADM Investor Services Limited (ADMISI).
